摘要:采用还原酸浸工艺浸出过渡型红土镍矿中的有价金属镍、钴、铁、镁,考察了浸出时间、温度、酸矿比、液固比、还原剂铁粉用量对有价金属浸出率的影响。结果表明,适宜的还原浸出条件为:浸出时间6 h、温度80℃、酸矿比1.0、液固比5∶1、还原剂铁粉加入量为原矿质量的20%、搅拌速率400 r/min,此时有价金属镍、钴、铁、镁浸出率分别为73.25%、68.97%、68.93%、67.45%,浸出效果较好。
The valuable metals of nickel,cobalt,iron and magnesium in transitional nickel laterite ore was recovered by adopting reduction leaching process in an experiment,and the influences of factors,such as leaching time and temperature,acid?ore ratio,liquid?solid ratio and dosage of iron powder as the reducing agent,on the leaching rates of metals were all investigated.The results show that after the reduction leaching for 6 h at 80℃with acid?ore ratio of 1.0,liquid?solid ratio of 5∶1,as well as the iron powder at an amount of 20%of the raw ore and stirring at 400 r/min,the leaching rates of valuable metals of nickel,cobalt,iron and magnesium are 73.25%,68.97%,68.97%and 67.45%,respectively,presenting a good leaching effect.
