摘要：提高人才培养质量,是高等教育内涵式发展的核心任务。而推进混合教学模式改革,深化教育教学与信息技术的深度融合,促进以学生为中心的课程改革和教学变革,是提高人才培养质量的重要手段。基于此,文章以组织行为学理论为基础,从目标原则、系统结构、组织文化等三个方面进行了混合教学模式改革设计,旨在改变教师和学生两类主体的"教"与"学"行为方式,并以贵州理工学院为例进行了探索与实践,以期为高等学校混合教学模式改革提供参考。
Improving the quality of talent cultivation is the core task of connotative development of higher education.While, propelling the reform of blended teaching model, deepening the integration of education teaching and information technology, promoting the student-centered curriculum reform and teaching reform are important means to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Based on organizational behavior theory, this paper designed the blended teaching model reform from three aspects of target and principle, system structure, organizational culture, aiming at changing the 'teaching' and 'learning' behavior patterns of two kinds of subjects of teachers and students. In addition,this paper carried out exploration and practice by taking Guizhou Institute of Technology as an example, expecting to provide reference for the blended teaching model reform of higher education.
