摘要：贵州十分丰厚的红色文化资源,是历史留给我们的宝贵精神财富。近年来,贵州在红色文化资源保护利用方面作出了一系列有益探索,取得了一些较为显著的成绩。但从现状来看,还表现有对部分红色文化资源缺少系统研究和保护,存在资源灭失现象;交流宣传教育不够,品牌建设意识淡薄;文化资源产业化尚未形成应有规模,优化整合力度不够;红色文化资源特色的凝练不够,缺乏深度挖掘等尚未解决的问题。从优化路径来看,文章着力于从文化、教育、实践和制度四个维度思考红色文化资源保护和利用的守正创新对策。具体表现在加强红色资源综合保护与优化整合,提升红色文化影响力、凝聚力、感召力;创新红色教育方式与模式,释放红色文化教育功能;赓续红色基因的实践导向,培养新型文化业态,以红色文化多元化发展助推经济社会发展;建立健全保障机制,为有效开展红色资源的保护与利用提供有力制度保障。
Rich red cultural resources in Guizhou are precious spiritual wealth left to us by history.In recent years,Guizhou has made a series of useful exploration on the protection and utilization of red cultural resources,and has made some remarkable achievements.However,from the current situation,there is still a lack of systematic research and protection of some red cultural resources,and a phenomenon of resource loss.Communication,publicity and education are not enough,and the awareness of brand building is weak.The industrialization of cultural resources has not yet formed its proper scale,and the optimization and integration are not enough.The lack of concise red cultural resources and the lack of deep mining have not been solved.From the perspective of optimization path,this paper focuses on the positive and innovative countermeasures for the protection and utilization of red cultural resources from four dimensions of culture,education,practice and system.The details are as follows:to strengthen the comprehensive protection,optimization and integration of red resources,and enhance the influence,cohesion and charisma of red culture;to innovate the way and mode of red education and releasing the educational function of red culture;to continue the practice orientation of red gene,cultivate new cultural formats,and boost economic and social development with the diversified development of red culture;to establish and improve the security mechanism to provide a strong institutional guarantee for the effective protection and utilization of red resources.
