摘要：总结了高校二级学院当前课程思政建设与实施过程中存在“不想干、不会干、干不好”三个主要问题。针对三个问题,提出了从激励引导机制、教师能力培养提升机制、教学督导反馈机制建设三个方面来推进课程思政建设与实施,建立了高校二级学院课程思政建设与实施的机制,使课程思政真正贯彻落实。
This paper summarizes the three main problems existing in the course of ideological and political construction and implementation in colleges and universities,namely,“Don t want to do it,can t do it,can t do it well”.In the light of the three existing problems,this paper puts forward three ways to promote the ideological and political construction and implementation of the curriculum,namely,the incentive and guidance mechanism,the training and promotion mechanism of teachers ability,and the construction of the feedback mechanism of teaching supervision,to set up the mechanism of ideological and political construction and implementation of the second-level college curriculum so as to implement the ideological and political construction of the curriculum truly.
