摘要:在各类地下岩土工程中,巷隧结构围岩事故发生频率高、造成损失重,是工程监测的重点。局部惯性监测技术利用MEMS惯性传感单元,可同时监测物体的振动与变形,已逐步应用于岩土工程健康监测领域。但由于工程作业环境的复杂性,在进行变形分析时,局部惯性监测数据往往噪声较大,仍需对原始信号进行滤波处理。基于1组200 Hz采样频率的监测信号样本,通过不同参数的重采样滤波、移动平均滤波与移动中值滤波,得到了较优的滤波方案。结果表明,重采样低通滤波与移动中值滤波的多重滤波法可有效剔除原始加速度监测信号大部分噪声,在平滑信号的同时能够控制滤波后信号时域误差在较小范围。所设计滤波方法有望应用于巷隧结构局部惯性监测,为被测结构的变形分析提供更明晰、准确的监测数据。
The rock fall and collapse accidents of roadway and tunnel in underground engineering occur frequently and cause heavy losses.Local inertial monitoring technology(LIM),based on MEMS inertial sensor,for its advantage to capture the vibration and deformation of objects simultaneously has been gradually applied in the field of geotechnical engineering health monitoring.However,due to the complexity of engineering operation environment,the LIM data are often noisy,and the original signal still needs to be filtered.Based on a monitoring signal sample with 200 Hz sampling rate,a better filtering scheme was proposed with comparing resampling filter,moving average filter and moving median filter.The results show that the multiple filtering method of resampling low-pass filtering and moving median filtering can effectively eliminate most of the noise of the original LIM data.This filtering method also control the time-domain error between the filtered signal and the original signal in a lower.The designed filtering method is expected to be applied to the LIM of roadway and tunnel and provide more clear and accurate monitoring data for the deformation analysis.
