摘要:为了准确评价河流健康程度,提出一种利用主成分分析改进的Mamdani模糊推理系统评价方法,该方法分别选取高斯型和三角型隶属度函数构建输入和输出变量模型,并利用主成分分析法对评价指标进行降维,降维后的3个主成分由专家经验机制和根据贡献率均匀分配的权重组成12个"if-then"规则。评价模型选用截断法和重心法进行去模糊化操作。对太湖周边的6条有代表性的河流的健康评价结果表明,改进评价方法的评价结果与传统综合赋权评价结果的相对误差在可接受范围内,而改进方法操作简单且大幅提高了评价的效率,有较强的实用价值。
This study proposes an evaluation method of Mamdani fuzzy inference system improved by the principle component analysis to accurately evaluate the river health level.This method selected the Gaussian and triangular membership functions to build the model of input and output variables,respectively.And the principle component analysis was employed to reduce the dimensionality of the evaluation indexes.The three downsized principal components composed the 12 rules of 'if-then' on the basis of the expert experience mechanism and the uniformly distributed weights in terms of the contribution.The truncation implication and the centriod method were employed to develop an efficient fuzzy model for the defuzzification operation.The results of the health evaluation of 6 typical rivers around the Taihu Lake show that the relative error of evaluation results between our approach and the traditional comprehensive weighting method is in the acceptable range.Moreover,the proposed method has strong practical value due to its simple operation and effective evaluation.
