摘要：要:柏拉图在《理想国》中提出的技艺思想包含技艺的本质、目标与培养方法,其核心理念对当代大学生职业规划与生涯发展具有重要启示。研究从技艺服务特定对象、遵循德性目标和离不开教育养护三方面阐述技艺思想内涵,并探讨其在指导大学生择业观、就业能力培养以及终身学习等方面的实践价值。通过结合当前大学生就业现状,提出构建动态的生涯发展体系、强化生涯发展的实践指导、树立正确的生涯发展理念的对策,旨在促进个人职业发展与社会需求相结合,为培养高质量劳动者和实现民族复兴提供参考。
Plato's concept of techne in The Republic includes the essence,goals,and methods of cultivating skills.Its core ideas provide valuable insights for the career planning and development of contemporary college students.This study elaborates on the connotations of Plato's techne by examining three key aspects:its service to specific objects,its alignment with virtuous goals,and its reliance on education and nurturing.Additionally.the study explores the practical value of these ideas in guiding college students'career choices,developing employability skills,and fostering lifelong learning.By analyzing the current employment situation of college students,the paper proposes strategies for constructing a dynamic career development system,enhancing practical career guidance,and establishing correct career development philosophies.These strategies aim to align personal career growth with societal needs,contributing to the cultivation of high-quality laborers and the realization of national rejuvenation.
