摘要:以Cu/Ni异种金属丝深熔钎焊中焊接热为研究对象,利用仪器测量铜电极与圆柱石墨焊接池间接触电阻与石墨材料的比热容、导热系数等,建立了Cu/Ni异种金属丝深熔钎焊的有限元模型,模拟计算铜电极与石墨焊接池的传热。并通过实验测量石墨焊接池标定点温度,验证了仿真计算结果。结果表明:普通石墨的热导率低于精细石墨,导致普通石墨焊接池的温度比精细石墨焊接池的温度高,说明普通石墨的传热效果优于精细石墨,仿真结果与实验结果基本一致。
Taking welding heat in penetration brazing of Cu/Ni dissimilar metal wires as the research object,the contact resistance between copper electrode and cylindrical graphite welding pool and the specific heat,thermal conductivity coefficient of graphite were measured by instrument.The finite element model of the penetration brazing of Cu/Ni dissimilar welding wires was established to simulate the heat transfer between the copper electrode and the graphite welding pool.And calibration point temperature of graphite welding pool was measured by experiment,the simulation results were verified.The results show that the temperature of the common graphite welding pool is higher than that of the fine graphite welding pool because the thermal conductivity of common graphite is lower than that of fine graphite.This reveals that the heat transfer effect of common graphite is better than that of fine graphite.The simulation results are fundamentally consistent with the experimental results.
