摘要：随着世界经济发展水平的提高,人口老龄化成为国际发展问题,我国也不例外。由于各种因素,传统家庭养老模式并不适用于现代社会状况,取而代之的是社区居家养老。为了了解并尝试解决现有社区居家养老设施存在的各种问题,笔者对贵阳市云岩区进行调研走访,从设施现状、设计规范、使用需求等方面,充分了解当下居家养老服务设施现状,并针对调研结果中存在的问题进行优化方法方面研究。
With the rise of the world economic level, population aging has become an international development issue, and China is no exception. Due to various factors, the traditional family pension model is not suitable for modern social conditions, and it is replaced by community home pension. In order to understand and try to solve various problems existing in home-based elderly care facilities in the community, a survey and visit to Yunyan District of Guiyang was conducted to fully understand the current status of home-based elderly care facilities from the current status of facilities, design specifications, and use requirements. Then the research on the optimization methods based on the problems in the survey results is conducted.
