摘要:Study develops with background of short-wall room-and-pillar mining with thick coal seam and thick bedrock in Shendong mining district. In order to prevent the hurricane caused by large-area roof caving in gob instantaneously, an anti-shock bulkhead, which is composed of double layer arc-shaped walls and filling materials between walls, was put forward. The internal force expressions on anti-shock arc-shaped bulkhead which born uniform load were derived by means of elasticity centre method of structure mechanics and field measurement. Meanwhile, the structure of arc-shaped bulkhead was optimized analyzed. The results shows that shock pressure forcing on anti-shock bulkhead are 20~30 atmospheric pressure, the suitable rise of arch is 1.0m and the thickness of arc-shaped bulkhead is only 39.5 percent of that of straight bulkhead based on bending tensile stress. And the material and time of constructing an arc-shaped bulkhead is 60 percent less than the straight bulkhead's in the case of suffering same shock pressure, which realize the rapid sealing and good safety.
