摘要:传统的炭素沥青烟气湿法净化方法存在净化效果差,管路易堵塞,设备运行不可靠等不足,为了彻底解决炭素生制品制造沥青烟气排放污染环境的问题,中铝贵州分公司开展炭素生制品制造沥青烟气处理系统新技术开发,设计开发一套沥青干法净化系统,充分利用球磨系统中的微粉作为吸附剂对沥青烟气进行吸附,吸附后微粉返回流程作为原料循环使用,系统成功运行,沥青烟气含量由项目实施前的288 mg/m^3下降到目前的未检测出水平,达到《铝工业污染物排放标准》(GB25465—2010)沥青烟气排放浓度限值20 mg/m^3的标准,从而彻底解决了沥青烟气对职工身体的危害和对环境的污染。
In order to completely solve the environmental pollution problem of asphalt gas emissions from carbon green products, the new technology of dry cleaning purification for carbon green products manufacturing asphalt gas was carried out in Guizhou Branch of Aluminum Corporation, which fully utilizes micro-powder of ball mill system as adsorbent for asphalt gas, then the powder can be used as raw material recycling. The system runs successfully, the asphalt gas content was dropped from the project before the implementation of the 288 mg/m^3 to the current level, which achieves the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Aluminum Industry" (GB25465-2010), asphalt gas emission concentration limit standard of 20 mg/ms, thus completely solve the harm of asphalt gas to the workers body and environmental pollution.
