摘要:There will be great harm due to the abusage of widely used antibiotics of enrofloxacin (ENR), so, the qualitative and quantitative detection of ENR is particularly important. In this work, three dinuclear lanthanide nano-clusters (Tb-cluster, Eu-cluster, and Gd-cluster) were designed and synthesized based on 2,4,6-trichloroben-zoic acid (TCB). Interestingly, Tb-cluster can specifically detect ENR with short response time (20 s) and low limit of detection (0.01 nM). In addition, Tb-cluster shows excellent sensing of ENR in real samples of human urine and serum. Portable sensing test strips based on Tb-cluster shows visual and on-site sensing to ENR, revealing great real application prospect in the detection of ENR.
