摘要:植物黄姜花的根茎夜寒苏为民间常用药食两用物质。通过单因素考察实验和正交实验研究料液比、蒸馏时间、浸泡时间对夜寒苏挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法提取效果的影响,确立最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最优提取条件为:料液比3∶10,提取前浸泡1 h,蒸馏时间3 h,在此工艺条件下,挥发油的收率可达0.217%。考察因素对提取率的影响程度为:料液比>蒸馏时间>浸泡时间。本研究确立了夜寒苏挥发油的提取工艺,为开发夜寒苏挥发油的药用、食用价值提供理论依据。
Rhizoma hedychii,the rhizome of the plant Hedychium flavum Roxb.is the common medicine and edible substances.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,distillation time and soaking time on the extraction of essential oil from Rhizoma hedychii by steam distillation were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments,and the optimum extraction process was established.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 3∶10,soaking for 1 h before extraction,and distillation time for 3 h.Under these conditions,the yield of essential oil was 0.217%.The influence degree of factors on extraction rate was as follows:solid-liquid ratio>distillation time>soaking time.This study established the extraction process of the essential oil from Rhizoma hedychii,which have provided theoretical basis for the development of the medicinal and edible values of the essential oil.
