摘要：研究论述了民族传统体育项目融入高校体育教学的价值,探析了民族传统体育与高校体育教学的相互作用。研究表明:民族传统体育项目丰富了高校体育教学内容;通过优化课程结构,能够培养学生的民族意识,弘扬民族精神,促进民族体育文化的传承与发展,加快民族体育文化的社会化及产业化进程。
In this paper,through methods such as literature,discusses the the value of national traditional sports in colleges and universities sports teaching,probes into the interaction of national traditional sports and physical education teaching in colleges and universities. Studies showed： that the introduction of national traditional sports will enrich the university sports teaching contents,optimizing curriculum structure; To promote the improvement of students physical quality,cultural quality; Cultivation of national consciousness,to carry forward the national spirit; And will promote the inheritance and development of national traditional sports culture;To accelerate the process of the socialization and the industrialization of national sports culture.
