摘要:《大学生心理健康教育》是一门以提高大学生心理健康为目标的课程,在互联网和自媒体技术高度发达和生活节奏急剧加快的当下显得异常重要。为了解决课程被重视不够、学生学习兴趣不高、学习效果不够理想等问题,提出了一种新的基于课程特点的翻转课堂的教学设计。研究和实践表明,学生对心理健康的认知、对课程的学习兴趣有一定提升,学习效果也有一定提高。
Psychological health education for college students is a course aimed at improving the psychological health of college students.It is very important at present when the technology of Internet and self-media is highly developed and the rhythm of life is quickening rapidly.In order to solve the problems such as insufficient attention to curriculum,low interest in learning and poor learning effect,a new teaching design of flipping classroom based on the characteristics of curriculum is proposed.The research and practice show that the students'cognition of psychological health and their interest in the course have been improved,and their learning effect has also been improved.
