摘要:为研究不同抗滑集料的颗粒形状及表面纹理特征,以玄武岩集料、金刚砂、黑刚玉材料为研究对象,采用Matlab软件计算了3种抗滑集料的圆度值,并对3种抗滑集料的颗粒形状进行了评价;采用SEM扫描电镜试验获取了玄武岩集料、金刚砂、黑刚玉材料的表面图像,并利用FractalFox软件对图像进行了二值化处理,计算了3种集料表面纹理的分形维数,并基于此对3种抗滑集料的表面纹理特征进行了分析。研究结果表明:黑刚玉具有最高的圆度值,即最接近于球状,有利于在车辆荷载碾压下保持稳定;金刚砂表面纹理的分形维数最高、玄武岩集料次之,黑刚玉最低,表明金刚砂和玄武岩集料具有更为发育的表面纹理,有利于与胶结材料间发生黏附。
In order to study the particle shape and surface texture characteristics of different sliding resistant aggregates,taking basalt aggregate,corundum and corundum as the research objects,the roundness values of the three anti-sliding aggregates are calculated by MATLAB software,and the particle shapes of the three anti-sliding aggregates are evaluated.The surface pictures of basalt aggregate,carborundum and corundum are obtained by SEM.The FractalFox software is used to process the image and calculate the fractal dimension of three kinds of aggregate surface texture.Based on this,the surface texture characteristics of three kinds of anti-sliding aggregate are analyzed.The results show that the roundness value of corundum is the highest,being the closest to spherical shape,which is conducive to maintaining stability under vehicle load.The fractal dimension of the surface texture of emery is the largest,followed by basalt aggregate and black corundum,which indicates that emery and basalt aggregate have more developed surface texture,which is conducive to adhesion with cementation materials.
