摘要:针对当前“生物制药综合实训”课程教学模式单一、师资不足、跨学科融合弱、内容与需求脱节等问题,探索人工智能赋能新质教育建设路径,从教学环境重塑、平台搭建、师生素养提升、路径创新四个维度推进改革,构建“产学研用”融合生态、智慧学习平台,培育人机协同素养,打造技术驱动的精准教学、个性化学习、精细化管理与智能化评价模式。通过跨学科知识融合、以学生为主体的教学模式创新及个性化终身学习生态营造,该实践为培养适应新质生产力的生物制药复合型人才提供了可操作路径,助力产业高质量发展。
Recognizing deficiencies in the current Comprehensive Biopharmaceutical Training Course,specifically its monotonous teaching approach,limited faculty resources,weak interdisciplinary connections,and misalignment with industry needs,this study investigates the potential of artificial intelligence to enhance the quality of biopharmaceutical education.A four-pronged reform strategy is proposed:reshaping the learning environment,developing technological platforms,bolstering faculty and student competencies,and pioneering novel learning pathways.This encompasses the establishment of an integrated“industry-academia-research-application”ecosystem and an intelligent learning platform,fostering collaborative human-AI skills,and implementing a technology-driven model emphasizing precision teaching,personalized learning,optimized management,and intelligent assessment.By promoting interdisciplinary knowledge integration,student-centered pedagogical innovation,and a personalized lifelong learning ecosystem,this initiative offers a practical blueprint for cultivating biopharmaceutical professionals equipped to meet the demands of new quality productive forces,thereby contributing to robust industrial advancement.
