摘要:贵州省是我国食用菌产量重点地区,很多稀有食用菌品种都生长在贵州。近年来,食用菌产业已经逐步成为贵州省的特色农产业,成为了新的经济增长点,并且食用菌产业为贵州省实现精准脱贫提供了新路径。食用菌产业已经成为贵州省开展农业供给侧改革的重要内容。大力发展食用菌产业,不仅有利于农业产业结构的调整,也有利于实现农民增收。因此,加快推进贵州省食用菌产业的发展是非常有必要的。
Guizhou province is a key area for edible fungi production in China. Many rare edible fungi species grow in Guizhou. In recent years, the edible fungi industry has gradually become a characteristic agricultural industry in Guizhou province and a new economic growth point, and the edible fungi industry has provided a new path for Guizhou province to achieve precise poverty alleviation. Edible fungi industry has become an important part of agricultural supply-side reform in Guizhou province. Vigorously developing edible fungi industry is not only conducive to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, but also conducive to increasing farmers’ income. Therefore, it is very necessary to speed up the development of Guizhou edible fungi industry.
