摘要:[目的]对倒天河水库和碧阳湖2种不同水体(水库和人工湖)夏秋两季的轮虫群落组成及水质进行调查与评价。[方法]利用Margalef丰富度指数(D)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)和Pielou均匀度指数(J),并结合富营养化评价指数(QB/T)对水质进行评价。[结果]检测到轮虫23种,隶属于10个属,其中优势属为臂尾轮虫属和龟甲轮虫属。夏秋季倒天河水库均属于中营养型,夏季倒天河水库的水质属于重污染,秋季倒天河水库的水质为中污染;夏秋季碧阳湖上段和中段属于寡营养或中营养型,而夏季碧阳湖下段则属于富营养型,夏秋季碧阳湖上段和中段处于中度或轻度污染状况,秋季碧阳湖下段处在重污染状况。[结论]依据轮虫群落结构特征来评价水质状况可作为水库和人工湖泊一个较为理想的检测指标。
[Objective] The rotifer community composition and water quality of two different water bodies (reservoirs and artificial lakes) in the Daotianhe Reservoir and Biyang Lake were investigated and evaluated.[Method] The Margalef richness index (D),Shannon-Wiener index (H′) and Pielou uniformity index (J) were used to evaluate the water quality by combining the eutrophication evaluation index ( Q B/T ).[Results] Twenty-three species of rotifers were detected,belonging to10 genera,and the dominant genus were Brachionus and Tortoise.The Daotianhe Reservoir in summer and autumn belongs to the middle nutrient type.The water quality of the Daotianhe Reservoir in summer was heavily polluted.The water quality of the Daotianhe Reservoir in the autumn was moderate pollution;the upper and middle sections of the Biyang Lake in summer and autumn belong to the oligotrophic or medium nutrient type,while the lower part of Biyang Lake in summer belongs to the eutrophic type.The upper and middle sections of Biyang Lake in the summer and autumn were in moderate or mild pollution,and the lower part of Biyang Lake in autumn was in heavy pollution.[Conclusion] The evaluation of water quality based on the structural characteristics of rotifer community can be used as an ideal detection index for reservoirs and artificial lakes.
