摘要：对现有工期延误分析方法各自的优缺点、适用情形、影响延误分析方法选择的因素及方法决策等进行研究。主要围绕和研究影响工期延误分析方法选择的因素,通过文献分析法初步识别了相关影响因素,在此基础上再通过问卷调查法进一步确认了国内环境下得以认可的5大类工期延误分析方法选择的影响因素,为工期延误分析方法的选择提供借鉴。
The paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing analysis methods for time delay,the applicable situation,the factors influencing the selection of the analysis methods for time delay and the decision-making of the methods. Focusing on and studying the factors influencing the selection of time delay analysis methods,the paper identified the relevant factors through literature analysis,and further confirmed the factors influencing the selection of the five types of time delay analysis methods approved under the domestic environment through questionnaire survey. The selection model of the analysis method of time delay is determined by the combination of document evaluation method and AHP analytic hierarchy process.The above research can clarify the characteristics of various time delay analysis methods and the factors influencing the selection of methods,so as to provide reference for the selection of time delay analysis methods.
