摘要:采用悬浮聚合法合成丙烯腈-二乙烯苯(AN-DVB)微球,并利用盐酸羟胺对微球表面腈基进行胺肟化处理。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱,研究不同胺化时间对胺肟化AN-DVB微球结构的影响,并进一步探讨在不同胺化时间下AN-DVB微球对拜耳法循环母液中镓的饱和吸附效率。结果表明:采用悬浮聚合工艺可使AN-DVB聚合形成微球。在胺化反应过程中,盐酸羟胺能够对微球表面腈基进行胺肟化。胺化12 h后,AN-DVB微球表面C≡N已完全转变为NH_(2)—C=NOH。胺化时间越长,AN-DVB微球的热稳定性降低越明显。同时胺化反应过程主要在微球表面的褶皱处进行,且随着时间延长,微球表面越来越光滑,胺化12 h后,继续延长胺化时间对AN-DVB微球表面形貌的影响不大。胺化12 h后,偕胺肟化AN-DVB微球对镓的饱和吸附量达到13.12 mg/g。
The acrylonitrile-divinylbenzene(AN-DVB)microspheres were synthesized via suspension polymerization,and the nitrile groups on their surface were aminooximated using hydroxylamine hydrochloride.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were employed to study the effect of different amination times on the structure of the aminooximated AN-DVB microspheres.The saturated adsorption efficiency of the AN-DVB microspheres for gallium in the Bayer process mother liquor was investigated under various amination times.The results indicated that the suspension polymerization process enabled the polymerization of AN-DVB into microspheres.During the amination reaction,hydroxylamine hydrochloride effectively aminooximated the nitrile groups on the surface of the microspheres.After 12 hours of amination,the C≡N groups on the AN-DVB microspheres were completely converted into NH_(2)—C=NOH.The longer the amination time,the more significant the decrease in the thermal stability of the AN-DVB microspheres.The amination reaction mainly occurred at the wrinkled areas on the surface of the microspheres,and as time progressed,the surface became smoother.After 12 hours of amination,extending the amination time further had little effect on the surface morphology of the microspheres.After 12 hours of amination,the aminooximated AN-DVB microspheres achieved a saturated adsorption capacity of 13.12 mg/g for gallium.
