摘要:In order to overcome the support difficulty of roadway severe deformation and severe destruction in soft and mudding roadway, taking 1433 yard cross-cut in Wantian coal mine in Guizhou province as a project example, the strata pressure behaviors characteristics of roadway were analyzed by means of theoretical analysis. It was concluded that the strong dynamical pressure impact and the unreasonable support design were the main reasons for the large deformation and strong destruction in surrounding rock. Combined with the technical defects existing in the original scheme of support design, the concept of roadway supported with renewable bearing arch was put forward, a stable renewable bearing arch was formed in the surrounding rock of roadway through bolt-grouting reinforcement, and the mining stress and displacement released from the deep surrounding rock was absorbed by the fracture zone outside the reinforcement of bolt grouting, which greatly reduces the damage to the renewable bearing arch and effectively ensures the stability of roadway surrounding rock. Through the field experiment and observation, the effect of borehole after grouting reinforcement is better through observation by peeping, and the anchorage zone of broken rock was effectively consolidated. The deformation of surrounding rock was obviously decreased under the dynamical pressure impact, and the bearing capacity of anchor bolt was greatly enhanced. The results show that: the scheme of renewable bearing arch has a good supporting effect on soft and mudding roadway under the dynamical pressure impact. ? 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Mining & Safety Engineering.
