摘要:为提高高等教育领域的学校质量和管理水平,倡导教师借鉴企业的团队模式来参与学校管理,以促进学校管理的科学化和民主化,增强学校组织的凝聚力和教师的归属感。然而在实践管理中,由于学校管理人员和教师缺乏先进的参与民主理念,以及参与制度形式化和活动的简单化,导致教师团队参与管理流于形式,尝试从观念、制度、方式等三个方面对教师团队参与管理存在的问题和解决对策进行分析。
To improve the quality of schools in the field of higher education and the management level, promoting teachers' reference to en-terprise team to participate in school management mode, to promote the scientization and democratization of school management, enhance the co-hesive affinity of the school organization and teachers’ sense of belonging. In practice management, however, due to the lack of advanced school administrators and teachers to participate in democratic ideals, and to participate in the process of formal institutions and activities of simplifica-tion, the formation of teachers’team to participate in the management become a mere formality, this article attempts to from three aspects such as the concept, system, ways of teachers’team participate in the management of the analysis of existing problems and countermeasures.
