摘要:为了解决湘桥煤矿综采工作面开切眼遇到断层的技术难题,在调研现有采煤工作面过断层技术的基础上,结合实际地质情况,从经济性方面考虑,经过多次会诊讨论,最终确定综采工作面过断层预掘巷道掏矸助采的方案。通过对断层上下两盘的岩性、硬度、节理发育、断层破碎程度等观察并取样分析,确定预掘巷道的断面参数;采用数值模拟方法分析了不同留设尺寸岩柱的应力变化情况及塑性区分布情况。确定合理留设岩柱尺寸为2 m。预掘巷道支护方式采用双工字钢+锚索梁+单体支护方式。现场矿压观测站测试结果表明,预掘巷道最大累计顶底板移近量为103 mm,预掘巷道断面能够满足采煤机对预掘巷道的要求。该方案避免了工作面设备搬运、撤出以及设备上井检修费用,有效解决了遇到断层时接续紧张局面。与此同时,过断层期间未对原煤回收率和煤质产生负面影响,积累了过断层的经验,对今后综采工作面过断层具有很好的借鉴作用。
In order to solve the technical problems encountered in the open-off cut of the Xiangqiao Coal Mine′s fully-mechanized working face,based on the investigation of the existing coal mining face crossing fault technology,combined with actual geological conditions and economic considerations,after many consultations and discussions,the scheme of cutting gangue to assist mining through fault pre excavation roadway in fully-mechanized working face was finally determined.Through the observation and sampling analysis of the lithology,hardness,joint development,fracture degree of the upper and lower two walls of the fault,the section parameters of the pre-dug roadway were determined;numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the stress changes and plasticity of rock pillars of different sizes According to the area distribution,the reasonable size of the remaining rock pillars is determined to be 2 m.The pre-dug roadway support method adopts double I-steel+anchor cable beam+single supporting method.The test results of the on-site underground pressure observation station showed that,the maximum cumulative roof and floor approach of the pre-dug roadway is 103 mm,and the pre-dug roadway section can meet the requirements of the shearer on the pre-dug roadway.This solution avoids the cost of equipment handling and withdrawal on the working face,and equipment overhauling in the well,and effectively solves the problem of continuous tension when encountering faults.At the same time,during the fault period,the raw coal recovery rate and coal quality have not been negatively affected,and the experience of fault crossing has been accumulated,which will be a good reference for the future comprehensive mining face to cross faults.
