摘要:目的:建立贵州产何首乌药材的指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agillent ZABAX-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:280 nm,分析时间:60 min。结果:对贵州不同产地的药材样品进行分析,确定了9个共有峰,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%,16批样品相似度均达0.9以上。结论:所建立的方法简便、可靠,可为何首乌药材的质量控制提供指导和依据。
Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Polygonum multiflorum from Guizhou and provide a standard for its quality control.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed on Agillent ZABAX-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),gradient eluted composed of acetonitrile-0.4% water solution of phosphoric acid.Column temperature was set at 25 ℃and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the analysis time was 60 min.Results:9 common peaks were identified.The RSD of the relative retention time and the relative peak area were less than 3% in analyzing its precision,stability and repeatability of the common peaks,and the similarity of the 16 batches of sample was more than 0.9.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable,and it can provide a standard and guidance for quality control of Polygonum multiflorum.
