摘要:连铸保护渣固渣膜凝固结构及演变对保护渣控制传热至关重要。选取生产现场应用的高碱度及超高碱度保护渣,使用小尺寸大宽厚比水冷铜探头获取了不同液渣温度及凝固时间下的渣膜,检测了不同条件下获得固渣膜的密度演变规律,并使用密度演变法评价了渣膜凝固生长的稳定性及渣膜凝固析晶规律。固渣膜密度演变结果与渣膜结构对应较好,使用密度法评价得到的固渣膜凝固稳定性与对应保护渣的现场使用状况符合。
The structure of solid mold flux films plays a key role in heat flux control in continuous casting. A high-basicity and an ultrahigh-basicity mold fluxes were chosen as the basis of this study. Solid slag films of mold fluxes were solidified by immersing a small water-cooled copper probe into liquid fluxes,different liquid flux temperatures and probe immersion periods were also adopted. The density evolution of solid slag films was measured and discussed,the stability of film growing and process of crystal precipitation were also evaluated using density data. The results indicated that the density data could reveal the structure evolution of solid slag film. The stability of film growing evaluated using the density data had a good conformance to the flux performance in continuous casting.
