摘要:以双螺杆共混挤出的方式制备了N-丁基苯磺酰胺(BBSA)改性CaCl_(2)/尼龙6(PA6)复合材料(BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、拉曼光谱研究了增塑剂BBSA的增塑过程对CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料的分子链间氢键的影响,并采用X射线衍射、热重分析、差示扫描量热和扫描电子显微镜对BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料的结晶性能和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,增塑剂BBSA能够促使PA6分子链间氢键减弱,但是其并不与PA6分子链间基团产生化学反应。BBSA质量分数大于10%以后会产生明显的增塑作用。相对于PA6,CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料结晶度为31.53%,下降了12.87%。BBSA的增塑作用会促使BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料结晶度持续下降,添加质量分数为20%的BBSA后,BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料结晶度仅为20.34%。与CaCl_(2)作用类似,BBSA的增塑作用能够诱导γ晶型向α晶型转变。添加质量分数为15%的BBSA后,BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料中γ晶型质量分数仅为14.8%,但是BBSA用量的变化对复合材料结晶度以及玻璃化转变温度影响不大。BBSA作为增塑剂能够有效提升复合材料韧性,随着BBSA的用量增加,BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料的拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率随之升高。添加质量分数为20%的BBSA后BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为40.12 MPa和352.14%。
N-butylbenzene sulfonamide(BBSA)modified CaCl_(2)/nylon 6(PA6)composite materials(BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6)was prepared by twin-screw blending and extrusion.The effects of BBSA plasticizing process on the hydrogen bonds of CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites were studied with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The crystallization properties and microstructure of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that BBSA could weaken the hydrogen bond between PA6 molecular chains,but does not react with PA6 interchain groups.BBSA dosage greater than 10wt%will produce obvious plasticizing effect.Compared with PA6,the crystallinity of CaCl_(2)/PA6 composite is 31.53%,which decreases by 12.87%.The plasticizing effect of BBSA will cause the crystallinity of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites continue to decrease,and the crystallinity of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composite is only 20.34%after adding 20wt%of BBSA.Similar to the action of CaCl_(2),the plasticizing effect of BBSA can induce the transition ofγ-form toα-form.Theγcrystal content of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composite is only 14.8%after adding 15wt%BBSA,but the change of BBSA dosage has little effect on the crystallinity and glass transition temperature of the composite.BBSA as a plasticizer can effectively enhance the toughness of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites.With the increase of the amount of BBSA,the tensile strength of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites decreases,and the elongation at break increases.After addition of 20wt%BBSA,the tensile strength and elongation at break of BBSA/CaCl_(2)/PA6 composites are 40.12 MPa and 352.14%,respectively.
