摘要：贵州理工学院是全国首批深化创新创业教育改革示范高校,创新创业及科研训练在机械工程专业人才培养中扮演着重要的角色。针对学生在创新创业和科研训练过程中存在重视程度及信心不足、体制单一和资源利用率低等问题,建议通过加强宣传力度、引进"双师型"教师、完善软件学习体系、深化评价机制等措施,为机械工程专业学生创新创业和科研能力的提高提供借鉴。
Guizhou Institute of Technology is one of the first batch of demonstration universities to deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.Innovation,entrepreneurship and research training play an important role in the training of mechanical engineering professionals.There are some problems in the process of innovative undertaking and scientific research training,such as lack of confidence and attention,single system and low utilization rate of resources.To improve the innovative undertaking and the scientific research ability,this paper proposes some methods to strengthen publicity,introduce double-qualified teachers,improve the software learning system and deepen the evaluation mechanism.
