摘要：抗战时期,伴随着贵阳市政府成立而创办的《贵阳市政》,以宣达政令、训练市民以及广泛征集市民的批评和建议为办刊宗旨,研究城市建设之理论与实际问题。《贵阳市政》聚集了大批具有一定影响的作者群,收录了大量的贵阳市政府制定的各类地方性法规、历次市政会议记录以及广大专家学者发表的市政研究论文,这些文献对于研究抗战中后期贵阳城市政治、经济、社会、文化、教育、市政建设等极为珍贵,是研究抗战时期贵阳城市发展乃至贵州社会变迁的必备史料。
During the Anti Japanese War,founded along with the establishment of the Guiyang Municipal Government,the journal Guiyang Municipal served the purpose of delivering government,training citizens,and soliciting public criticisms and suggestions,as well as discussed theoretical and practical issues related to urban construction.The journal attracted a large team of influential writers and published a large number of various local regulations that Guiyang government formulated,minutes of municipal meetings,and research papers on municipal administration by experts and scholars. All these documentations are extremely valuable for research on Guiyang's politics,economy,society,culture,education,and municipal construction during the middle and late periods of the Anti Japanese War; they are essential historic reference for the study of Guiyang's urban development and even of Guiyang Province's social changes during the period of Anti-Japanese War.
