摘要：民族医药是中国传统文化的瑰宝,其中,水族医药具有鲜明的民族特性,历史悠久。概述水族医药的发展史及水族医药中硬皮地星、竹黄、茯苓、树舌灵芝、紫芝、云芝、蜜环菌、假蜜环菌、田野蘑菇、羊肚菌、银耳、脱皮马勃等12种药用真菌的应用情况,指出水族医药中记载的菌物药分类鉴定存在模糊不清、部分物种未能准确鉴定、缺少科学的质量评价指标和体系等问题。建议从规范菌物药质量标准和生产规程、加强专业队伍建设、加大菌物药现代化生产、加强药理药效基础研究等方面着手,发挥菌物药的潜在价值和优势,促进菌物药产业的发展。
Ethnic medicine is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture and the key to open the treasure house of Chinese civilization. Shui nationality’s medicine has distinct national characteristics and a long history. Seven kinds of medicinal kmushrooms have been used in Shui nationality’s medicine, but there are errors in their classification status in the relevant literature, some species are not identified accurately, and lack of scientific quality evaluation indicators and systems. This paper expounds the development history of Shui nationality’s medicine and the research progress of mycomedicine in Shui nationality’s medicine, and analyzes the development status and existing problems, in order to give full play to the potential value and advantages of mycomedicine, provide scientific reference for Shui nationality’s medicine researchers and relevant practitioners, and then promote the rapid development of Shui nationality’s medicine industry in China.
