摘要：中国共产党管党治党的基本规律,是其发展过程中内部各要素以及与外部各要素之间必然的本质联系。在诸多联系中,最紧密、最根本的是管党治党与党和人民事业的关系。党和人民事业的发展决定管党治党工作,管党治党工作必须服从服务于党和人民事业的发展要求;管党治党工作对党和人民事业的发展有反作用,管党治党工作总会直接或间接地影响党和人民事业的发展,管党治党工作必须与党和人民的事业同步进行。管党治党工作一定要适应党和人民事业的发展要求,这就是管党治党的基本规律。
The basic law of Communist Party of China governing itself is the inevitable essential connection between internal factors and external factors in the process of its development. Among the many connections, the closest and most fundamental is the relationship between governing the Party and the cause of the Party and the people. The Party governing itself, which must be subject to the requirements of serving the cause of the Party and the people, is decided to the development of the cause of the party and the people. The Party governing itself has effect on the cause of the Party and the people, which directly or indirectly affect the development of the cause of the Party and the people. And these two works must be carried on simultaneously. It is the basic law of the Party governing itself to be suitable for the development of the cause of the Party and the people.
