摘要：提升非公企业党组织的组织力,能够有效防止非公企业党组织被弱化、虚化或边缘化问题。可以通过对私营企业主的教育引导,采取从仪式化的党组织向制度化的党组织转变,从消极的大多数向发挥榜样的力量转变等措施,实现党组织从外部嵌入转化为企业的内部需要,推动非公企业党组织发挥实质性作用。
Improving the organizat ional power of Party organizations in non-public enterprises can effectively solve the problems of weakening,virtualization and marginalization of Party organizations in non-public enterprises.Therefore,through the education and guidance of private business owners,we can take measures such as changing from a ceremonial party organization to an institutionalized party organization,and from a negative majority to the power to play an example,so as to transform the party organization from external embeddedness into the internal needs of the enterprise and promote the party organization of non-public enterprises to play a substantive role.
