摘要:铆接搭接头的疲劳性能与铆接残余应力有很大的关系,尤其是与贴合面上的应力分布相关。对铆接飞机搭接头的应力应变特征进行了数值和试验研究,数值分析采用了显式动力与通用静态相结合的方法,设计了一种特殊的试件用于铆接叠层贴合表面应变测量。结果表明:试验测量与有限元分析结果具有较好的一致性,在叠层贴合面上板和下板之间的应力特征存在差异。铆接既可以引入残余压应力也可以引入残余拉应力,但残余应力水平并不总是随着铆接力的增大而增大。
The fatigue performance of the riveted lap joint has a great relationship with the riveting residual stress,especially the stress distribution on the faying surface.The stress and strain characteristics of the riveted aircraft lap joints were studied numerically and experimental!y.The numerical analysis was implemented using a combination of explicit dynamic method and general static method.A special specimen was designed for the test of strain variations on the faying surface of the sheet.The result shows good conformance between the experimental measurements and the finite element analysis.On the faying surface,the stress characteristics may be different between the upper sheet and the lower sheet.Both compressive residual stress and tensile residual stress can be introduced by riveting,however,the improvement of stress level does not always increase with the increase of riveting force.
