摘要:目的 HPLC法测定生姜半夏汤单煎液与合煎液中6-姜酚、6-姜醇的含量变化。方法采用Amethyst C18-P柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长281 nm,流速0.9 m L/min,柱温25℃。结果 6-姜酚、6-姜醇在合煎液中含量均明显高于单煎液。结论生姜半夏汤使用时应采用合煎的方式制备,否则会降低6-姜酚、6-姜醇浸出的含量,影响生姜半夏汤的药效。
Objective To determine the content of 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol in separately decocted and mingly decocted ginger pinellia decoction by HPLC. Methods The samples were separated on Amethyst C18-P( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol-water( 60 ∶40) at the flow rate of 0. 9 m L / min. The detection wavelength was 281 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The content of 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol in separately decocted obviously less than that in mingly decocted ginger pinellia decoction. Conclusion Ginger pinellia decoction should be used mingly decocted. Otherwise,it will reduce the contents of 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol,affect the efficacy of ginger pinellia decoction.
