摘要:为了提高螺旋输送机的研发效率,通过传统计算方法确定了特定工况下螺旋输送机的主要结构参数,运用Solid Works软件建立螺旋输送机关键零部件的三维几何模型,利用Abaqus软件对其进行仿真分析。由分析结果可知,设计的强度、径向变形均满足要求,工作时不会产生共振,为后续的结构优化提供了相关数据。
In order to improve the development efficiency of the screw conveyor, traditional calculation method was applied to determine the main structural parameters of the screw conveyor. And then, SolidWorks was applied to build 3D model of key parts of the screw conveyor, and Abaqus was applied to conduct simulation and analysis. The analysis results showed the strength and the radial deformation met the technical requirements, resonance would not occur. The study offered relative data for further structural optimization.
