摘要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,采用动态硫化法制备聚丙烯(PP)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)。当PP/EPDM质量比为60/40时,TPV的拉伸性能达到最佳。在此优化配比下,研究了交联剂DCP含量对TPV拉伸性能、微观结构、凝胶含量、结晶性能、动态力学性能、流变性能的影响。研究发现,随着DCP含量的增加,TPV的拉伸强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势。当DCP含量超过1.2份临界值时,交联密度过大,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率迅速下降;随着DCP含量的进一步增加,EPDM交联密度继续增加,使得TPV的凝胶含量上升而压缩永久变形下降。结晶性能研究表明,PP分子链在DCP的作用下产生部分的交联或者降解,从而影响其结晶;此外,DCP含量增加,熔融状态下TPV的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量都呈现上升趋势。
Polypropylene(PP)/ethylene propylene dienemonomerrubber(EPDM)thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization method with DCP as crosslinking agent.It is found that the tensile properties of TPV reached the maximum when the mass ratio of PP/EPDM is 60/40.In this optimized ratio,the content of crosslinking agent DCP on tensile properties,microstructure,gel content,crystallization,dynamic mechanical properties and rheological properties of TPV have been studied.It is found that,with the increase of DCP content,the tensile properties of TPV first increases and then decreases.When the content of DCP surpasse the critical value of 1.2 phr,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of TPV decrease rapidly because of the excessive crosslinking.With the content of DCP and the crosslinking density of EPDM increases further,the gel content increases even more,while the permanent compressive deformation value decreases.The crystalline properties reveal that the molecular chain of PP is partially crosslinked or degraded under the DCP,which affectes its crystallization.In addition,with the increase of DCP content,the complex viscosity,storage modulus and loss modulus of TPV increase.
