摘要:为对生态袋的纤维结构和透水性能进行研究,本文以3种生态袋和2种土工袋为研究对象,分别采用荧光显微镜对生态袋的袋体纤维进行了成像,并对5种试件的力学性能进行了测试;采用接触角测定仪对生态袋与水滴的接触角进行了测定,并基于此对生态袋的纤维结构和透水性能展开了研究。结果表明,生态袋的构成纤维明显比土工袋纤维致密,有利于生态袋袋体形成较好的强度,且可以阻绝袋中的土颗粒透出;水分可以对生态袋袋体进行浸润,但无法对土工袋予以浸润;三种生态袋中,生态袋2具有更高的纤维密度,而生态袋1具有更好的透水性能;对生态袋和土工袋袋体进行渗透的先决条件是水对袋体材料的浸润,袋体材料与水的浸润性越好,相应的渗透性也越好。
In order to study the fiber structure and water permeability of ecological bags,three kinds of ecological bags and two kinds of geotechnical bags were selected as the research objects.The fluorescence microscopy was used to image the fibers of the ecological bag,and the mechanical properties of five specimens were tested.The contact angle tester was used to measure the contact angle between the ecological bag and water droplets.Based on this,the fiber structure and water permeability of ecological bag were studied.The results show that the constituent fibers of the ecological bag are obviously denser than those of the geotechnical bag,which is conducive to the formation of better strength of the ecological bag and can prevent the penetration of soil particles in the bag.Water can wet the ecological bag body,but cannot wet the geotechnical bag.The surface ecological bag has good water permeability.Water can penetrate out of the bag body through wetting the ecological bag,so as to avoid ponding in the bag and slope protection.Among the three ecological bags,ecological bag 2 has higher fiber density,while ecological bag 1 has better water permeability.The prerequisite for the infiltration of ecological bag and geotechnical bag is the infiltration of water into the bag material.The better the infiltration of bag material and water,the better the corresponding permeability.
