摘要:为研究SBS改性剂掺量对沥青黏附性的影响,采用液体表面张力仪测量了不同改性剂掺量、不同温度下的SBS改性沥青的表面张力,分析了SBS改性剂掺量和温度对沥青表面张力的影响;采用接触角测定仪测定了不同改性剂掺量和温度下SBS改性沥青与玄武岩石料基材的接触角,并计算了黏附功,以黏附功大小对SBS改性剂掺量对沥青与集料黏附性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明,沥青的表面张力随温度的升高而降低,随SBS改性剂的掺量增加而增加;随着温度的升高,沥青与石料基材间的接触角显著上升,但SBS改性剂的掺量并没有对接触角产生显著影响;沥青与石料基材间的黏附功随SBS改性剂掺量出现了小幅增加,但在较高温度下,沥青与石料基材的黏附功基本不随温度的升高而发生提升。
In order to study the effect of SBS modifier content on asphalt adhesion,the surface tension of SBS modified asphalt at different modifier content and temperature is measured by liquid surface tension meter,and the effects of SBS modifier content and temperature on asphalt surface tension are analyzed.The contact angle between SBS modified asphalt and basalt stone substrate at different modifier content and temperature is measured by contact angle tester,and the adhesion work is calculated.The effect of SBS modifier content on the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is studied by the magnitude of adhesion work.The results show that the surface tension of asphalt decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the increase of SBS modifier.With the increase of temperature,the contact angle between asphalt and stone substrate increases significantly,but the content of SBS modifier has no significant effect on the contact angle.The adhesion work between asphalt and stone substrate increases slightly with the content of SBS modifier,but at higher temperature,the adhesion work between asphalt and stone substrate does not increase with the increase of temperature.
