摘要：城乡发展不协调、不均衡是制约我国经济协调发展的关键性因子,如何通过土地综合整治工程有效缓解城乡二元结构的制约效应已经成为当前国家发展的首要问题。基于文献计量学方法,结合CiteSpace分析工具,对土地综合整治领域的研究动态进行了系统分析。研究表明:年度发文量总体呈现出稳步增长的态势;作者合作密度相对较低,仅存在几个合作密度较高团队;关键词共现网络表明国家战略导向与研究热点演变之间存在显著的耦合关系;热点由政策驱动下的耕地保护与土地复垦,逐渐演变为聚焦国土空间治理、生态经济协同和数字技术赋能的多元融合发展趋势;未来土地综合整治将聚焦绿色智慧化与系统协同发展。研究结果不仅为土地整治理论的发展提供了参考,也为未来跨学科合作与实践优化提供了思路。
Uncoordinated and unbalanced urban-rural development is a critical factor restricting China’s coordinated economic development.Effectively alleviating the constraints of the urban-rural dual structure through comprehensive land consolidation and rehabilitation projects has become a primary issue for current national development.Based on bibliometric methodology and the CiteSpace analysis tool,this study systematically analyzes the research trends in the field of land consolidation and rehabilitation.The study reveals a consistent upward trend in annual publication volume,contrasted by a comparatively low density of author collaborations,with only a few teams exhibiting high collaboration density.Analysis of the keyword co-occurrence network demonstrates a strong linkage between national strategic objectives and the progression of key research areas.The hotspots have expanded beyond initial policy-driven focuses on arable land preservation and reclamation to encompass a more diverse and integrated approach,emphasizing territorial spatial governance,ecological-economic harmonization,and the integration of digital technologies.Future land consolidation and rehabilitation will focus on green and intelligent technologies and systemic coordinated development.These findings not only provide a reference for the development of land consolidation theory but also offer valuable insights for future interdisciplinary partnerships and the optimization of practical applications in the field.
