摘要：基于OBE教学模式以学习成果为导向的教学改革要求,阐述人文地理与城乡规划专业人才培养目标及核心,对该专业的人才培养质量评价体系做定性和定量研究。确定由政治道德素质、专业理论知识、实操技术能力、管理能力和心理素质五个OBE评价要素层来建立人才培养质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重,并运用多级模糊综合评判法对该专业本科人才进行评价。
Based on the OBE teaching model,which focuses on practical ability and multiple evaluations,analyze the objectives and core of human geography and urban-rural planning talent cultivation,and studies the quality evaluation system of talent cultivation of the major from qualitative and quantitative researches.Five evaluation dimensions of political moral quality,professional theoretical knowledge,practical skills,management ability and psychological quality are founded to establish a talent cultivation quality evaluation index system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each indicator and the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation is used to evaluate the undergraduate talents of the major.
