摘要：注重专业能力培养是应用型本科院校的教学特点。该文结合工程计价学课程的特点,在教学中创新性地采用了"理论教学—案例教学—模拟教学—实习教学"的一体化教学模式,以模拟、实习等实践环节为支撑,将理论教学与案例教学相结合,课程建设情况良好,得到了学生和同行的好评。
Paying attention to professional ability training is the teaching characteristic of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Combining the characteristics of the course of engineering valuation,this paper innovatively adopts the integrated teaching mode of“theory teaching—case teaching—simulation teaching—practice teaching”in the teaching,supported by simulation,practice and other practical links.The combination of theory teaching and case teaching results in effective curriculum construction,which has been well received by students and colleagues.
