摘要:数控技术与编程是机械类专业的必修专业课,该课程以数控机床为基础,研究数字控制系统的组成、工作原理、数控加工工艺和数控编程在数控机床上的应用。该课程实验通常设计一个典型数控车削和铣削综合性实验室,在数控车床、数控铣床上完成相应的零件编程及加工的过程。以某农机零件的加工为例,设计一个基于VERICUT的数控技术与编程优化实验项目,不仅对能对传统实验教学达到更好的实验效果,而且能从项目本身践行了新工科及工程教育的实践意义。
CNC technology and programming are compulsory courses for mechanical majors.This course is based on CNC machine tools and studies the composition,working principles,CNC machining processes,and the application of CNC programming in CNC machine tools.This course experiment usually designs a typical comprehensive laboratory for CNC turning and milling,where the corresponding part programming and machining processes are completed on CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.taking the machining of a certain agricultural machinery component as an example,a numerical control technology and programming optimization experimental project based on VERICUT is designed.This not only achieves better experimental results for traditional experimental teaching,but also fulfills the practical significance of new engineering and engineering education from the project itself.
