摘要:基于社会生态学模型探寻贵州省女大学生体育参与障碍。采用问卷调查法,在贵州省内选取了10所本科院校,面向1 800名女大学生展开线上与线下多种方式的调研,对所收集的数据进行了深度剖析。结果显示,无论是经常参与体育锻炼还是不经常参与体育锻炼的女大学生,都在不同程度上受到各类制约因素的影响,且呈现出显著差异。不经常参与组感知到的各维度制约因素的强度普遍高于经常参与组。具体而言,不经常参与组受个人自身因素影响最为突出,其次是社会环境制约因素和人际关系因素;经常参与组则受社会环境因素的冲击最为强烈,其次是个人自身因素、政策实施因素和人际关系因素。在个人自身因素和社会环境因素方面,经常参与体育锻炼和不经常参与体育锻炼的女大学生均受到较强影响;而在人际关系因素和政策实施因素方面,两者均受到较弱影响。基于以上分析,该文从个人自身、人际关系、社会环境、政策实施四个方面提出了相应的发展策略。
The objective is to explore the barriers to female college students'participation in sports in Guizhou Province based on a social ecology model.Questionnaire survey method was conducted on 10 undergraduate colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,targeting 1800 female college students through various online and offline methods.The collected data was deeply analyzed.The results showed that female college students who frequently participate in physical exercise or do not frequently participate in physical exercise are influenced to varying degrees by various constraining factors,and show significant differences.The intensity of various dimensional constraining factors perceived by the infrequent participation group is generally higher than that perceived by the frequent participation group.Specifically,the group that does not frequently participate is most significantly influenced by personal factors,followed by social environmental constraints and interpersonal relationships;Frequent participation is most strongly influenced by social environmental factors, followed by personal factors, policy implementation factors, and interpersonal relationship factors. Female college students who regularly participate in physical exercise and those who do not are strongly influenced by both personal and social environmental factors;In terms of interpersonal relationship factors and policy implementation factors, both are weakly affected. Based on the above analysis, this article proposes corresponding development strategies from four aspects: personal self, interpersonal relationships, social environment, and policy implementation.
