摘要:考察了常用添加剂对磷渣砂防水抗裂浆性能的影响,并结合XRD、SEM及物理吸附仪等测试技术分析了磷渣砂浆水化硬化体的矿物组成,微观形貌及孔径分布。试验结果表明:提高防水剂掺量可使砂浆的保水性,原拉伸黏结强度以及浸水拉伸黏结强度增大,而压折比,抗压强度与透水性却降低。减小可再分散乳胶粉的掺量可使砂浆的抗压强度,浸水拉伸黏结强度及压折比减小,而保水性,透水性及原拉伸黏结强度增加。砂浆水化硬化体的矿物组成主要是二氧化硅、水化硅酸钙,氢氧化钙以及硅灰石等。随着水化时间的不断延长,粉煤灰以及磷渣中活性物质与氢氧化钙反应生成了大量的水化硅酸钙凝胶,填充了细集料之间的间隙,使浆体比表面积下降,孔径细化,从而使磷渣砂防水抗裂砂浆(编号M3)的性能分别达到JG/T 230—2007中M10防水砂浆的技术要求,以及JGJ 253—2011中抗裂砂浆的技术要求。
Performance and micro - structure of waterproof and anti - crack phosphorus slag mortar were explored, and the mineral composition, microstructure and pore size distribution of phosphorus slag mortar's hardening body were studied by the means of XRD, SEM and Physical Adsorption Instrument.The results show that with the content of waterproof agent increasing, water retention, the orig- inal tensile bond strength and soaking the tensile bond strength increase and ratio of compressive strength to flexural, compressive strength and water permeability reduce.With the content of redispersion emulsoid powder decreasing, compressive strength, soaking the tensile bond strength and ratio of compressive strength to flexural reduce, and water retention, water permeability, and original tensile bond strength increase. The main mineral composition of hydration and hardening of the mortar are silica, hydrated calcium silicate, cal- cium hydroxide and wollastonite.With hydration time extending, active material of fly ash and phosphorus slag powder react with calci- um hydroxide to generate massive hydrated calcium silicate gel.These hydrated calcium silicate fill the gap between fine aggregate ,thus the specific surface area and bore diameter of the slurry decrease, and the performance of phosphorus slag mortar( smaple M3 )meet re- spectively the technical requirements of M10 waterproof mortar in JG/T 230-2007 and the anti -crack mortar in JGJ 253-2011.
