摘要:将PLLA和PDLA熔融共混,制备立构复合晶(Sc)和α晶的复杂结晶结构,并利用复合锌盐(CNA)和两种超临界流体协同诱导和调控Sc/α复杂晶形。研究发现:首先,PDLA含量是控制Sc/α复杂晶形比例的直接方法。随着PDLA含量增加,Sc结晶度由0.4%提高至7.00%,同时α晶被抑制,结晶度由17.19%降低至1.29%。其次,CNA表现出高效的结晶促进和成核效果,能够同时提高α和Sc晶的结晶度。此外,超临界N2和CO2是一种增塑剂,其中CO2增塑效果更好,超临界流体会促进α晶的生成并抑制Sc晶的产生。超临界流体与CNA协同改性PLA结晶性能时,将有利于α结晶度大幅度提高。最终,Sc和α结晶度最高可达到8.07%和24.55%。
The complex polycrystalline systems consisted of stereocomplex(Sc)andαcrystals were prepared by melt-mixing PLLA with PDLA.The mechanism of inducing and forming the complex crystalline structure was studied under compound phenylphosphonic acid zinc salt(CNA)and two supercritical fluids.The results shown that increase PDLA content was a useful way to control the Sc/αpolycrystalline structure.With the PDLA content increase,the crystallinity of Sc increase from 0.4%to 7.00%,but the crystallinity ofαdecrease from 17.19%to 1.29%.Meanwhile,CNA is an efficient crystal promoter and nucleator agent.With the adding of CNA,the crystallinity of both Sc andαincreased.The supercritical N2 and CO2 are plasticizers.And the plasticization effect of CO2 is more obvious than that of N2.Under the two supercritical fluids,the Sc crystallization was suppressed,whereas theαcrystallization was promoted.The co-existing of CAN and the two supercritical fluids could suppress the Sc crystallization.And,theαcrystallinity was greatly increased.Eventually,the crystallinity of Sc andαcould reach the maximum of 8.07%and 24.55%,respectively.
