摘要:培养复合型高素质工程人才是实现新工科的关键所在,在国外实施实践了几十年的"顶石课程"能为我国新工科人才培养提供经验借鉴。本文对酿酒工程专业"顶石课程"体系进行教学设计,设计内容包括"顶石课程"体系构建、教学活动的实施、课程评价方式。希望通过"顶石课程"的实施,将学生知识整合结构化、提升学生自主创新能力及解决复杂工程问题的能力,以达到培养应用型人才的培养目标。
The key of realizing emergent engineering is to cultivate high-quality versatile engineering talents. After its ten-year implementation and practice in foreign countries, "Capstone Courses" will provide experience for reference to our nation's emergent engineering talent cultivation. This article makes teaching designs for winemaking engineering's professional "Capstone Courses" system. The designing content includes "Capstone Courses" system construction, teaching activity implementation and course evaluation methods. Hopefully, the implementation of "Capstone Courses" will integrate and structuralize student's knowledge, improve students' self-innovation ability and their ability to solve complicated engineering problems, which will achieve the goal of cultivating practical talents.
